As you travel to visit our breathtaking mountain community, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment and peace of mind. We have put into action new protocols that align with local recommendations. Our staff is trained and given the tools needed to serve our guests. We will actively evolve our procedures to ensure the health and safety for those visiting The Woodlands.

Surface Areas and Public Spaces

Due to social distancing guidelines our office will have limited availability. We can be reached on property during the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm every day. To contact the office you can use an intercom system next to the front door or by calling our office phone number. We do have staff on property if you are in need of immediate assistance.

Public areas like the hot tub deck and the guest laundry room are being sanitized regularly.

Masks and Social Distancing

We ask all guests to wear a mask when inside the guest laundry room or other indoor public areas. Please practice social distancing around other guests and when speaking with staff.

Guest Rooms

Our staff have all necessary training and wear appropriate PPE for exposure to disinfectants and patients who may have COVID-19

Rooms are cleaned according to our high standards. We use disinfectants on all surfaces, including soft fabrics. All linens are freshly laundered before each stay. If you have specific questions regarding our cleaning please call our office.

Housekeeping

At this time we will not be providing any daily housekeeping.

The guest laundry room will be stocked with extra supplies including towels, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, soap and other in room supplies. There will also be a bin to return used towels. When entering the guest laundry room we require a face covering to be worn, and that only one person is inside at a time.

To dispose of trash we have provided a green trash can, located next to the guest laundry room and garage. Please lock when done. There is also a black trash can in the guests laundry room for trash after office hours.
