From May 15 through October 20 (Plus Thanksgiving & Christmas Holidays): A fee of $50 or 10% of the total amount, whichever is greater, is applied to all cancellations. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival date, deposit is refunded minus the cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the deposit is refunded, less cancellation fee, if the suite is re-rented for all nights reserved.
Stays cannot be shortened during last 30 days prior to arrival.
Remainder of Year: The cancellation fee is $25, with a 7-day cancellation period and all other provisions remaining the same.
Smoke-Free Policy: Suites and decks are a smoke-free environments. Upon departure, if smoke is detected in any the suites, they will be professionally steam-cleaned, and the expense of $250.00 per suite will be billed to the guest’s credit card on file.
Illegal Drugs & Marijuana smoking are not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside condos, on grounds and in vehicles.
Groups: In high season there is a limit of three condominiums per group/family. We limit the size of groups to better ensure a peaceful surroundings for all of our guest. Please limit congregating in one suite to respect all who stay at Woodlands.
Pets: No pets are permitted anywhere on the property including vehicles. Minimum Stay Requirement: A four night minimum stays may apply During our high season, however it is possible that shorter stays may be available. Please call to see if short stay options are available.
Housekeeping: These are housekeeping units with daily towel & trash service. A linen change is also available midway through 7 nights or longer.
1 Bedroom Suites can accommodate 1-3 Persons; 2 Bedroom Suites 1-4 Persons; 2 Bedroom Suite + Loft can accommodate 1-6 Persons
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to hold a reservation. A 100% deposit is required for one night stays at time of booking.
