- 1 Bedroom Suites can accommodate 1-3 Persons; 2 Bedroom Suites 1-4 Persons

Deposits: |
|
|
| |
|
- A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to hold a reservation. A 100% deposit is required for one night stays at time of booking.
|
|
|
| |
|
Cancellations: |
|
|
| |
|
- From May 18 through October 20 (Plus Thanksgiving & Christmas Holidays): A fee of $50 or 10% of the total amount, whichever is greater, is applied to all cancellations. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival date, deposit is refunded minus the cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the deposit is refunded, less cancellation fee, if the suite is re-rented for all nights reserved.
- Stays cannot be shortened during last 30 days prior to arrival.
- Remainder of Year: The cancellation fee is $25, with a 7-day cancellation period and all other provisions remaining the same.
